We follow a 15-day, rigorous, 3-step process to select students for our training program. Students get eliminated after each round.

Precourse
7-10 days of technical training on “Intro to Programming” covering topics like Loops, Arrays, conditionals, etc.

Students are trained & filtered out in the process
Coding Test
60 mins technical test to test their knowledge of what students have learnt in the precourse

The top 1% of students get selected for the main training
Tech Interview
40 mins interview to test their approach to a problem, communication skills and logic building.
