How is the Accio job pay after a placement course? Has anyone gotten placed from this course?

Hi, I am Saurav, a mechanical engineering graduate from Delhi and a former student of AccioJob. I am currently placed at Big Binary at 8 LPA. Accio is a great place. You can completely depend upon them and they won't fail you. What personally pushed me to give Accio a try was its pay-after-placement feature. AccioJob guarantees all its students a placement of minimum 5LPA. And only after that do they charge for the courses, that too from your salaries. So, if you don't get placed, which is again a weak possibility, you don't pay! It's absolutely free if Accio is unable to place you anywhere with a minimum salary of 5 LPA. The highest package someone got in my batch was 30 LPA, and the average placements were around 8 LPA. Around 90% of the students from my batch were placed. So, yes, I would recommend it for anyone looking to get into Software Dev roles. PS: You will obviously have to put in efforts from your side too.

He confesses how getting a job as a mechanical student in the core domain became very tough during the pandemic and he got very few opportunities and even those weren’t paying up to his expectations. For him to be able to crack a job in the software domain felt like a humongous task.
“I didn't even have a clue about coding before joining accio. But they changed my life.”

Saurav recollects how he received an email from his college about AccioJob and got quite excited about it. The main reason for his excitement, he says, was the guarantee AccioJob gave about the placements. The idea that one has to pay the fees of the training from their salary only after they get placed above 5 LPA motivated Saurav that it was a win-win situation for him.

Coming from a non-CS background, he was clueless on how to start preparation and what to focus on to be able to crack a job in software development. He says, “AccioJob gave me a well structured direction to move in. Even the teachers were so friendly that no one ever hesitated to ask them doubts. I have learnt so much in Data Structures and Algorithms now, that it has become my favorite subject.” Saurav says he is confident that he can do better in DSA than a lot of his CS friends now, of course with a smirk on his face :)

The most fascinating thing Saurav experienced at AccioJob was that they taught everything that was in demand. “They prepared us exactly like the company required.” And that is why he was able to crack all the three heavy rounds of interview and the assignment given at Big Binary.

He feels honoured to be a part of Big Binary and states that the environment there is just perfect to work in. No pressure, flexible work hours and almost no stress makes it a really fun working experience for him.

Saurav’s advice for the students who are a part of AccioJob is to be regular. “Skipping classes would automatically become a burden on you only.”

The first word that comes into Saurav’s mind about AccioJob is “amazing”. He mocks how earlier he could have been satisfied with a job of 2-3LPA only, but now Accio has built his confidence and given him a huge kickstart for his career ahead.

" AccioJob has changed my life. I am proud of joining AccioJob! ".
