How is the training provided by AccioJob?

Hi, I am Shubham, a former student of AccioJob. I had been working at Accenture for about 2 years before getting placed at Gleason through AccioJob. Accio taught me things I knew nothing about. They started with the basics. They never complained about the number of questions we asked and above all, answered all of them. The teachers were really very good and knowledgeable and focused equally on each and every student. It was a batch of 40-50 students and they were aware of every student’s needs. They were everything a student would need. I would recommend it to everyone!

Could you tell us something about yourself?

Hi, I am Shubham Narang, from New Delhi. I did my B.Tech in Electronics and communications from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology in 2019. I had been working at Accenture for about 2 years before getting placed at Gleason through AccioJob.

How did you get to know about AccioJob? Any particular reasons for choosing AccioJob above other training institutes?

I came to know about AccioJob through the college campus coordinator. Back then I was working with Accenture. My goal was to switch from a service based company to a product based company, and hence I went for AccioJob. It was a great opportunity for me to enhance my skills, as they were teaching Data Structures, Algorithms along with Frontend and Backend Web Development. I thought if I joined this, I would not only expand my knowledge but also get better offers in future.

How was your coding knowledge before joining Accio?

I had coding experience from Accenture itself. I worked there as a front end developer and had knowledge of angular. But AccioJob made me fundamentally strong with basics that I had no knowledge about.

How did it change after joining AccioJob?

Accio taught me things I knew nothing about. They started with the basics. They never complained about the number of questions we asked and above all, answered all of them. The teachers were really very good and knowledgeable and focused equally on each and every student. It was a batch of 40-50 students and they were aware of every student’s needs. Since I already had a job during the training I could not devote much time for studies, maximum of 2-3 hours after the classes, otherwise it would become quite hectic. I was working at the front end, so I enjoyed learning about the front end the most at Accio too. JavaScript was one of my favorites. They taught Javascript very well.

How did AccioJob help you in placements and how was the interview experience?

AccioJob got me placed at Gleason. The interview at Gleason was quite tough as compared to Accenture. At Accenture, they asked simple HR questions, but at Gleason, it was a lot of technical stuff. I was also asked to make a complete website in just 3 hours! At Gleason, it took me 4 rounds to complete the whole interview process. I would be joining Gleason in 1-2 months after completing my notice period at Accenture. For people aiming at Gleason, just try to be technically strong in the domain you’re applying for.

Any advice for students who are at AccioJob right now?

Just stay focused. Do not miss your classes and keep consistency in learning. Whatever assignments or tasks they are giving, don't skip it. Because if you miss even a single class, you would not be able to catch up in the next one and automatically lag behind. So, follow whatever they are suggesting and work hard. You will get great opportunities ahead. Good luck!

“ I would say AccioJob is a “Great Learning Opportunity.” One should definitely not miss it, if you get it. It's a superb learning platform. ”
