Tell us something about you

My name is Stuti Pandey. I am a final year student at IET, Lucknow. Currently I am pursuing B.Tech in IT and am placed as an application developer at ThoughtWorks.

Did you have any prior experience in coding?

Yes, I started coding in the first year of college. I had done some DSA problems on different platforms before and had some experience in web development.

How did you come to know about AccioJob and why did you choose it above others?

I did not know much about such training institutions. And then I got an email on my college ID, and I decided to go for the test. I also got on a call with the founders of Accio where they told me about the syllabus. I found everything very interesting. They were teaching us full stack web dev, DSA and a whole lot of placement prep related help. They were also teaching React and Node, and I had a little bit of experience in both of them and was willing to work on live projects.

How was learning at AccioJob?

It was pretty good. We started with DSA with Harsh sir and were assigned mentors and had doubt sessions daily. Then we learnt web development and built really nice projects which still prove to be useful for me. DSA demanded a lot of practice and time for me. One can only clear your concepts and then it's up to you how much you practice. On the other hand, they taught us tricks for web development, as to how to use the codes, and that's why my favorite part was learning React as I found it very easy. I used to devote around 4-5 hours daily for my studies.

How were the placement opportunities at AccioJob?

Great. In fact, I got placed at Park+ as a Software Developer first. Then they gave me a better opportunity and I got through ThoughtWorks.

How was your interview experience at Thought Works?

The interview was really great. We were required to clear 4 rounds. The first was the technical round and had questions related to coding and DBMS and were not that tough. Then we had two interview rounds, including a code pairing round and a tech round. It was based on DSA and OOPs technology. Accio helped me prepare well for them.

Would you like to advise the students currently learning at AccioJob?

Yes. Properly attend all the classes and complete all the assignments on time. Don't pile them up and be regular. And everything will work out.

“ Best Decision! I had previous knowledge in coding but I had no chance. I hadn't worked on any projects, so my resume too was empty. I learned a lot at AccioJob. The opportunities that I would have never got at my college, I got through AccioJob. ”
