What we do

What is AccioJob?

Short answer

AccioJob is a technology education and placement platform. It teaches job-relevant software, AI and data skills, prepares learners for assessments and interviews, and connects them to hiring drives with partner companies.

Built for college students, recent graduates and early-career professionals, including career-switchers from non-technical backgrounds and people returning after a gap.

Course platform or placement platform? Both, in three connected parts.

Our story

Why AccioJob exists

Many graduates learn to code or analyse data and still can't turn those skills into a job offer. A course ends with a certificate; a hiring process starts with an assessment, a project discussion and several interviews.

AccioJob was founded by IIT Delhi alumni to close that gap. It began as a placement platform connecting students, colleges and companies, then grew into a training provider so learners could build the skills employers screen for.

Our approach

How is AccioJob different from a course-only platform?

A course-only platform ends when the lessons do. AccioJob links each course to interview preparation and hiring drives, so the next step is already in place.

  • Industry-focused curriculum

Built around tools used in current roles, such as RAG and AI agents or SQL and Power BI.

  • Practical projects

Every module ends in a project you can discuss in interviews.

  • Mentorship and interview prep

Mentors, assessments and mock interviews prepare you for real shortlisting rounds.

  • Flexible formats

Classrooms in four cities, live online across India, or self-paced.

  • Learning and hiring together

AccioJob runs its own hiring platform, so trained learners move straight into drives.

How to read reviews of AccioJob

Reviews, positive or negative, reflect one person's course, batch, format, city and expectations. Check which program and period a review describes, compare several sources, and read the terms that apply to you. A single negative review doesn't make a company fake, and a positive one doesn't guarantee your outcome.
