Yes. These drives are conducted in-person at an AccioJob Skill Centre. Virtual attempts and rescheduling are not allowed.

The assessment and AI interview happen on the same day.

It varies based on the role. Most assessments typically include a mix of MCQs, coding or pseudo-code questions, and role-specific sections. The exact skills being tested are always mentioned in the job card, along with a practice test you can take to prepare for the actual assessment.

All assessments are proctored and reviewed before any action is taken. Our team also manually reviews the entire AI interview recording before taking any action. If you still have a concern, please raise it with our customer support team, and we will look into it.

You will get an update from our side in 1-2 days if you are rejected because of your performance. It could take 1-2 weeks based on drives duration if your test performance is under review as our team manually review all the AI interviews.
